How to redeem a voucher in Lightspeed (L-series)

A customer may request you to redeem their Voucher card. Heres how to do it quick and easy!

Step 1

Please select the voucher connect widget as demonstrated.

Step 2

Please choose an existing customer from your records or opt to add a new customer to the system then hit continue.

Step 3

You’ll be presented with two options for redeeming the voucher: Firstly, you can manually enter the voucher code in the designated field labeled “Enter Voucher Number” and then click “Check.”

Alternatively, you may choose the “Scan QR Code” option, which will activate your device’s camera for scanning the QR code on the voucher.

Step 4

Please ensure the redemption amount is accurate, and then proceed by clicking on the “Pay with Voucher” button to finalize the transaction.

Step 5

Once the payment is confirmed, you will receive a success notification indicating the completion of the transaction. You can then proceed to close the payment screen by clicking on the “X” button.
