How to sell a voucher in
Lightspeed (L-series)

Step 1

Please locate and click on the “Voucher Connect” payment type option within your Lightspeed POS system, as demonstrated in the image on the left. This will enable you to either top up an existing voucher or initiate the sale of a new gift card.

Step 2

Please choose an existing customer from your records or opt to add a new customer to the system then hit continue.

Please enter the desired top-up amount accurately into the designated field. Once you have done so, kindly proceed by clicking on the “Top Up” button to initiate the transaction.

Step 5

After the top-up has been confirmed, you can proceed to close the window by locating and clicking on the “x” button situated in the top-right corner of the screen. This action is illustrated in the picture for your reference.

Final step

Upon completing all preceding steps, you are now ready to proceed with the payment for the voucher and finalize the sale.
