How to check voucher details in Lightspeed (L-Series)

A customer may request you to check the value on their Voucher card. Heres how to do it quick and easy!

Step 1

To begin, access the voucher connect widget located on your Lightspeed dashboard.

Step 2

Please choose an existing customer from your records or opt to add a new customer to the system then hit continue.

Step 3

Three options will appear for you. Please choose option 3, “Check Balance,” as shown in the image.

Step 4

You’ll be presented with two options for redeeming the voucher: Firstly, you can manually enter the voucher code in the designated field labeled “Enter Voucher Number” and then click “Check.”

Alternatively, you may choose the “Scan QR Code” option, which will activate your device’s camera for scanning the QR code on the voucher.

Final step

Displayed on this page, you will find the voucher number, balance, purchaser name, recipient, price paid, and original price.
